Shipping policy

Every single item is crafted and detailed by professional and skillful craftsmen. To meet the quality and satisfaction all items are freshly made after the order is placed by the customer. The item is prepared in 3-5 business days (waxed leather item may take additional 2 days).  Once manufactured our quality control team carefully examine all the details and the item is then packed and shipped to it's destination.

We Deliver through fastest courier service available which includes DHL, Fedex, Skynet, TNT. & DPEX Worldwide depending upon buyer’s location. Tracking number is then provided to the customer for tracking the item online.

Standard Delivery

Orders reach their destination in 7-12 business days after purchase.

Expedited Delivery

Customers can pay an additional $29 during checkout to expedite the delivery process. Orders are delivered within 4-8 business days. If the order fails to arrive within this timeline, the expedited shipping fee will be refunded to the customer.

Custom Order Delivery

Customized products require additional time depending on the complexity of the work. On average, a custom order takes about 10-15 days to complete. Kindly discuss your specific requirements with our team so we can provide a clear timeline tailored to your order.

Customs Duties and Tariffs
In certain cases, packages may be subject to customs duties or tariffs when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities, remain the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. Please note that free shipping covers only delivery costs and does not exempt customers from customs duties or tariffs.
