Refund policy
Returns
The full amount will be refunded for a valid claim. You can request a return or refund within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Request Window:
Our policy lasts for 30 days after the order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange on the received order.
Condition of Returned Item:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Request:
To open a return request, kindly reach us at info@alexgear.com or through the chat option at the bottom right of the screen. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours of your request.
Requirements:
The team requires proof of purchase, details of the concerns regarding the product, along with pictures. We will provide you with the return address of the closest warehouse to your location.
Return Charges:
Returns and exchanges with return shipping charges paid by us are only valid under the following conditions.
- Wrong item is delivered.
- Item is damaged.
- The size you received is other than the size you ordered.
The return charges for the above conditions will be fully covered by us, and we will also exchange the item without any additional payment.
However, if no above conditions are met and the customer still decides to return the item for a refund due to a change of mind, the return charges must be paid by the customer.
Note: Please choose the size carefully. We will exchange the ordered size if it does not fit, provided that the return charges are borne by the customer.
Our team reaches out for size confirmation on every order. If you have any confusion in selecting the right size, please contact us at info@alexgear.com, and our team will assist you in choosing the correct size.
List of Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items
- Used items
- Gift cards
Note: Custom-made items are non-returnable and considered final sale, thus ineligible for refunds.
Return Shipping:
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kindly, provide us with the return shipping ID so we can track the shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to reflect in the account depends on the payment provider or your bank.
Note: If you do not receive the amount within 7 days, please contact your bank and also reach out to us at the provided contact details.
Order Cancellation Request
Order cancellation requests will be entertained up to 3 days since the purchase. We won't be able to cancel the order once it has been confirmed by you via email, as it will already be in process.
We cannot cancel the order if
- 3 days have passed since the purchase.
- The order was confirmed by you, as it will already be in process.
- The order is in transit.
Non-refundable transaction fee: Some payment methods charge a certain fee on each order transaction which is not refunded back. The fee, if any, will be deducted from the total refund amount. We will provide you with the screenshot proof of the transaction fee via email.
Transaction fee is not refunded back if
- The customer cancels the order before estimated time of arrival.
- The customer wants to return the item due to a change of mind.
Note: AlexGear does not charge any transaction fees if the error is on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if any of the following conditions are met.
- Item you received is damaged.
- Wrong item is delivered to you.
- The size you received is other than the size you ordered.
- You returned the item back for an exchange to the address provided to you via email and the item is unused and in the original packaging.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alexgear.com and send the item to the provided address.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
