I ordered a men's Command jacket and a women's Medical/Science jacket. The next day (which was a Saturday by the way), they reached out to confirm the measurements for both of us. Since I didn't know to measure properly, they sent me examples of how to do it. And they were very patient with this process. When we got both jackets, they looked and felt amazing. My biggest concerns were the shoulders and waist (since I am rather "generous" in that area). I can happily say that I have no complaints. When I told them that we needed both jackets for an upcoming Comic-Con, they acknowledged to have it ready by then. From placing the order to receiving the jackets, it only took 13 days! Don't underestimate these guys and get your orders in.

First off, let me say that the customer service provided is excellent! They’re extremely responsive, provided updates on request (and on their own), and did so much work to get this right.

The jacket is honestly perfect in almost every way! It fits right, is colour matched to the anime, and is a great quality. The collar in particular is way thicker and sturdier than I expected but without being stiff. The only issue I have is that the pockets are a little shallow, but that’s okay.

I also got the pants with this, but I found them to be too stiff, the waist was much too small, and they seams broke a bit from basic movement, but they were a very low price so that’s not a huge loss. The jacket more than makes up for it and I highly recommend it!

Even though the page only lists velvet and leather, they did cotton for my order, too!

I was a little leery at first as there weren't any pictures uploading at the time of my purchase, but I reached out to the team and asked if they had any on hand and they very generously sent me a great compilation of several of the finished jacket. I was sold! They were super quick to reply and very sweet and helpful, and I saw that same level of responsiveness after I made the purchase.

Time to order until delivery was super quick - I'm in Canada if that matters to anyone, but I confirmed my size with them on the 4th and it was delivered on the 23rd of the month! That's awesome for something that had to be manufactured and then delivered in that time frame. :)

I feel that it's well made, and has a nice liner. It's pretty screen accurate, though there are a couple little details that aren't quite right - the patch of the dogs is a bit lower on the back than Vi's jacket, and the studs on the back/shoulder part are a different shape than in canon. If those details were tweaked on subsequent manufacturing runs it would be perfect :) (And I'm pretty sure no one else would notice or care on a casual look - I'm just used to making my own costumes and obsessing over details!)

I got a custom fit order for myself and got the collar modified to look more accurate to the anime/manga. AlexGear delivered! It's wonderful and so nice! I got the velvet myself and it's very nice! Would reccomended and would buy from here again!

I ordered a large (my regular size is medium), to wear as a "daily" jacket, and over a sweat in winter.
The quality, details and finishes are remarkable.
I added a black military belt and a pocket Gizmo, that is all it need.
Just a regret that AlexGear doesn't propose an optional belt.
Cotton material is perfect, thanks a lot !

I just received my jacket today and I have to say, my money was well spent. Not only is it comfortable and looks amazing, but when I was ordering he offered suggestions to go a size up (a good call) and overall was very helpful. I hope to order from them again in the future.

I ordered one for my Phoebe Spengler cosplay and it is absolutely perfect. If they hadn't reached back to me for my exact measurements I would have gotten a wrong size. The coat is extremely comfortable and for my surprise, it is comfortable to wear even in warm puertorrican/caribbean weather. It also arrived in week, just in time for the premiere. This is the second coat I've purchased from AlexGear and I'm incredibly happy with it. It feels great having such a faithful and high-quality replica from one of my favourite films, and it strikes a wonderful balance of being visually distinctive and eye-catching, while not looking so unusual that it feels like it can only be used as a cosplay item. I can, have, and will wear this coat out in the world day-to-day. It is warm, comfortable, and practical with the four front pockets being pleasingly large. On request, AlexGear were happy to make mine to custom measurements and add a front closure in the form of a button at the waist and a belt for the dramatic high collar.

I'm delighted with the coat all around, and grateful once again to AlexGear for making such a fantastic and quality replica garment.

First thing’s first I wanted a jacket for the premiere of the movie but couldn’t decide which jacket to get. I saw a review of this jacket and the price and decided it was perfect for what I was looking for. I ordered it and was immediately greeted by an email about an hour or so after verifying my size was correct with some measurements. They actually suggested changing my size based on my measurements. 2 weeks later the jacket arrived and it is incredible. The material is really nice. It’s not too heavy, not too light. It will serve nicely in the winter time to keep me warmer, while in the spring/summer months it won’t make me too hot. It’s manufactured really nicely. All of the additions like the keychains and clips are well made. I had them attach the Ghostbusters Frozen Empire Logo and my Name Patches to the Jacket. I agree with the size they had me chose, it’s perfect and exactly what I wanted for the premiere and future events and at a perfect price. The only thing I added is the belt
