The jacket itself in person looked better than the product listing and more like the original source. It was also comfortable and warm, however one slight issue that I had was the arms was slightly too tight for me, although I work out a lot and have big arms.
Otherwise, superb.
First off, let me say that the customer service provided is excellent! They’re extremely responsive, provided updates on request (and on their own), and did so much work to get this right.
The jacket is honestly perfect in almost every way! It fits right, is colour matched to the anime, and is a great quality. The collar in particular is way thicker and sturdier than I expected but without being stiff. The only issue I have is that the pockets are a little shallow, but that’s okay.
I also got the pants with this, but I found them to be too stiff, the waist was much too small, and they seams broke a bit from basic movement, but they were a very low price so that’s not a huge loss. The jacket more than makes up for it and I highly recommend it!
Even though the page only lists velvet and leather, they did cotton for my order, too!
This jacket is wonderful. It’s comfy and it looks almost exactly like in the manga/anime. My only gripe is that even though it does have the buttons to close the jacket, as hers has a zipper as well that the jacket is missing. This is a minor complaint though compared to how it is in person. Great job and you can tell it was made with care!

The jacket is great but make sure to order the right size. When in doubt, contact the seller. They are extremely friendly and helpful, best communication I ever had with a seller. They try to make everything possible. They even do a quality check before sending the item out so you can be sure when it arrives, everything is perfect. Can't recommend this seller highly enough.

I ordered an Outlander leather jacket from Alex Gear like the one Jamie Fraser wore. The designers had some difficulties but were able to finish and ship. Once I received the jacket, something just didn’t look right, so I compared jacket to picture. I figured it out! I notify Alex Gear crew, told them the problem and sent pictures. They apologized and offered to make a new jacket to rectify the mistakes at no extra cost. They also didn’t want the first jacket returned due to cost of shipping.
I received my new jacket today. I was blown away with it! It is an amazing jacket, fits perfectly and the style makes a definite statement.

I was a little leery at first as there weren't any pictures uploading at the time of my purchase, but I reached out to the team and asked if they had any on hand and they very generously sent me a great compilation of several of the finished jacket. I was sold! They were super quick to reply and very sweet and helpful, and I saw that same level of responsiveness after I made the purchase.
Time to order until delivery was super quick - I'm in Canada if that matters to anyone, but I confirmed my size with them on the 4th and it was delivered on the 23rd of the month! That's awesome for something that had to be manufactured and then delivered in that time frame. :)
I feel that it's well made, and has a nice liner. It's pretty screen accurate, though there are a couple little details that aren't quite right - the patch of the dogs is a bit lower on the back than Vi's jacket, and the studs on the back/shoulder part are a different shape than in canon. If those details were tweaked on subsequent manufacturing runs it would be perfect :) (And I'm pretty sure no one else would notice or care on a casual look - I'm just used to making my own costumes and obsessing over details!)

Great price for a great Frozen Empire Ghostbusters jacket. They captured the details very well and it fits great. The company was quick to respond and made sure that I was a satisfied customer. Great purchase.

The jacket is good decent quality for a cosplay jacket. It is some sort of corrected leather and the red portions are not due, but coated/painted red leather. I'd say it's about 85% show accurate. There's metal fasteners that are the wrong shape but that's not a big deal, I'd rather have metal than 3d printed plastics fastener or something.
The fit is okay for me. I bought an XL, and the shoulders fit but the middle is very loose on me. They do offer custom sizing so that is an option, but I didn't go with it this time.
Overall satisfied with the jacket and may take I. The waist on my own.

I originally got the first version of this coat (the Mark 1, if you will) and it was decent but I wanted something a little closer to the movie. The newer version with the cotton material (Mark 2) is a huge leap forward and a coat i could wear every day. It feels amazing, so many pockets and one I would definitely recommend to all GB fans.

I didn't find any problematic seams, I didn't see any protruding threads, the leather is very soft for the money and quite pleasant to the touch.
Maybe if they have better quality leather I'll order a different type of leather next time. In any case, I'm very happy with the product and it's very comfortable and warm for me.
People look at it and I'm pleased. It's nice to know that there's no tag with a fashionable brand, that I don't have to overpay for a name. I don't belong to the fan companies of any brand and I'm a little unique in such clothes for myself.
The order was completed quickly enough, delivered without problems. The price for the product is not expensive.
