We were sent the wrong size custom jacket and I wrote customer service and they immediately sent out another jacket to make up for sending the wrong jacket. And they paid for me to return the old one back. This company is very easy to deal with and I would recommend them and their products!! The jacket that we have is very good quality and I would recommend their company to others!!!
